Thanks for your interest. Both houses are currently leased.

Right now both houses are empty. Rare. Great opp for an extended family to rent both houses. Also an opp for someone to buy one or both. Live in one and rent the other. I will be seeking to rent them, so this opportunity to act while they're still both empty won't last.
