Rockney possesses 35 years in real estate experience both as agent and financier of residential and commercial real estate. During the first six months as a real estate agent he was involved in the sale of over $1.o million of commercial and residential real estate, with an additional $600K in real estate under contract.

As a banker he received both regional and national sales awards for being a top producer while working for Citibank and Old Kent Bank, n/k/a Fifth Third Bank. In addition to producing he managed a 16- and 8-member commercial banking and business development group. He also started 3 independent banking centers in Dupage County Illinois for Northview Bank & Trust, First Choice Bank and American Enterprise Bank where he served as Market Area President. During the 2008 real estate crash he managed American Enterprise Bank’s loan workout division and assisted the bank in disposing of foreclosed property that included residential, commercial manufacturing and warehousing as well retail strip centers and hotels. From 2012-2017 Rockney managed State Bank of Cross Plains troubled assets group. “My lifetime achievements have consisted of 7 simple components.
