‼️‼️Closed‼️‼️ So proud of my little sister on the purchase of her first home!! This deal was a smooth transaction. A BIG thank you to Candy Rogers with Flat Branch Mortgage!! She is literally the best around!! And thank you to Home Title Guaranty Co. located in Ada. for all the help to make this possible! This is an adorable neighborhood and the perfect first home for my sister and her fiancé. What a beautiful moment as a Realtor to help people of all kinds buy a home….the true and original American dream. The only thing better then that is as a big sister watching/helping your baby sister buy her first home. That moment literally had me in tears. I’m so proud of the women she has become. Those that know Lexus know that she has always done the right thing, she has always taken care of business, she has always chosen to be kind, she has always chosen to work hard… all those decisions paid off yesterday when we closed on her first home. I’m so proud of you Lexus and of Paul too…. I guess I’ll let him stay around lol. I’m happy for you both and proud is an understatement. Congratulations on this beautiful moment and so glad I was a part of it!!
