Progress Update | Twig & Nest Tiny Home Communities
No project is complete without a visual, scaled model.
At Twig & Nest, we’re deep in the build-out phase—moving ideas off paper and into the physical world. Scaled models allow us to pressure-test proportions, spacing, flow, and land use before anything permanent touches the ground. They help us see what drawings can’t: how homes relate to one another, how driveways and walkways feel, how green space breathes between structures.
This stage matters. It’s where vision meets reality.
Alongside model development, we’re also evaluating sustainable building products that align with our long-term goals—materials that perform better, last longer, and reduce environmental impact. One of the products we’ll be discussing is h**p wool insulation, an option we’re actively reviewing for thermal performance, moisture regulation, and sustainability advantages.
As soon as the models are complete, they will be made available for viewing, giving investors, partners, and future residents a clear, tangible look at how Twig & Nest communities are coming together.
Twig & Nest isn’t about rushing builds.
It’s about building intentionally—thoughtful design, smart materials, and communities that actually make sense to live in.
