This one came together while I was in the thick of being sick but wow, it was such a good one!
Relocating isn’t easy, especially when your buyers can’t always be here in person. That’s where I step in! I loved being their eyes, ears, and boots on the ground through every step of the process.
From Texas to Oklahoma, we found them the perfect place to watch the sunrise, kids play, and cattle roam! If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for cows right outside the back porch, so this one was extra special to be a part of.
I’m so excited to see everything they do with this beautiful piece of a farmer’s paradise. So thankful they trusted me to help guide them home.

When you know, you know! ♥️
These buyers knew this was their home the moment we walked through the door. After a couple of months of navigating the ups and downs with financing, negotiations, inspections, and a few unexpected hurdles, we finally made it to the closing table!
