Downtown Edinburg is getting a new destination! 🍽️✨

Las Almas Food Hall is expected to open this fall at 📍225 E. Cano St., just steps away from the Hidalgo County Courthouse.

The locally owned project represents more than $1.6 MILLION in private investment and is expected to bring together restaurants, retail vendors and community gathering space — while creating 30+ new jobs.

It’s exciting to see continued investment breathing new life into Downtown Edinburg and creating more places for our community to eat, shop, gather and support local businesses. ❤️

Sovereign Coffee is expanding with new locations planned for McAllen and Weslaco, while Brownsville is also getting a new Sovereign Bakery.

📍 Weslaco — 503 S. Illinois Ave.

What started as one Brownsville coffee shop in 2020 has grown into a local brand employing approximately 60 people across multiple locations.

I love seeing local businesses invest, expand and create new spaces throughout the RGV. These are the kinds of changes that continue shaping the communities where we live, work and invest. 🏡📈

✈️ A little glimpse into my travel diary… Greece 🇬🇷💙

Beautiful views, incredible food, unforgettable places, and memories I’ll always treasure. From exploring the islands to experiencing the culture and local cuisine, Greece was everything I hoped it would be and more.

One of the things I’m especially grateful for is being able to travel while still staying connected to my clients back home. 🏡📱 Even with the time difference, business didn’t stop — and neither did the adventure!

If Greece is on your bucket list, I definitely recommend experiencing it for yourself. 🇬🇷✨
