KCI services was founded in 2012 as a construction and Demolition Company it was a sister company of Interstate Demolition and Excavating KCI has been in the construction industry since 1988 started out as a plumbing business in 1990 the founder Karl Chalkley was introduced to the demolition business he decided at that time to get licensed at that time his intentions was to do interior demolition but then he took a chance at doing houses after about 2 years he started doing small buildings over the years he is done projects for BP America the Chrysler Corporation Cleveland International Airport DuPont Lincoln Electric just to name a few we have a very experienced staff we deal with asbestos hazardous waste we are license with the Ohio EPA today we have the ability of doing high buildings houses factories Bridges water towers we can dismantle anything we are also experienced working in natural disasters are licences speak for themselves with the state of Ohio with no violations whatsoever we are a financially secure company we have a A++ rating with Dun & Bradstreet
