This home is finally making a lot of progress. This stage is not fun to look at for most, but for builders, it is a huge step and an important one in the building process. HVAC, plumbing, electrical (wiring this week), central vac, facia (done this week), buttoning up framing. We have a job-site pet, and as always the views are amazing! Fun fact about Simple Mountain Homes: Not only are the owners general contractors, they are experts in Plumbing, excavation, tile, finish carpentry, framing and more! Between these two guys, there is a lot of knowledge, and they take pride in their own workmanship and hold the subs to high standards. Most important is that they build a good product that will withstand the McCall elements. We care about what is hiding behind the walls and in the crawl space and attic, not just the finishes.
