A homeowner asked me a really good question recently:
{What happens if my house is listed but I’m just not getting showings?}

My first answer is—don’t panic and automatically start slashing the price.

I want to look at three things: price, presentation, and exposure.

Are buyers seeing the home? When they see it online, are the photos making them want to come inside? And how does the price compare with the other homes they’re considering?

Once we know where the disconnect is, THEN we can talk about the right strategy.
