✅ FHA Loans: 3.5% down
✅ VA Loans: 0% down (for veterans!)
✅ USDA Loans: 0% down (for eligible rural areas)
✅ Conventional Loans: 3%-5% down options

• Inventory Surge: As of March 2025, housing inventory reached 17,069 units, marking a 48.7% increase from March 2024. New listings also rose by 20.3% year-over-year, providing buyers with more options. 
• Stable Home Prices: The median sales price remained steady at $425,000, unchanged from the previous year, while the average sales price saw a modest increase of 0.6% to $528,500. 
• Interest Rates: The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate has risen to 6.81%, the highest since late April, up from 6.76% the previous week.
