Sometimes in real estate and life things take time & patience. In 2023 I met with my future sellers and we were days away from pictures and going live and well life happened. They ended up holding on to the house for another year and summer 2024 I got a call from them that were officially ready. And me being me, I was there the next day lol. All this being said, do not ever let an agent pressure you to make a move if you aren’t ready. A true agent has your best interest at heart and will be there for you when YOU are ready AND in all the in between time. I love staying connected with my clients, it’s not just about a sale. It’s about relationships. Choose your agent wisely .. call me 💁🏻‍♀️😂

*Catching up post lol ——This listing meant so much to me. I was honored when Michelle & Jordon reached out to me to list their home, the home they got married in, the home they brought their daughter home to. It’s hard being a way from family & friends especially when you have a new baby, so when they made the decision to move back closer to home I knew I had to do a great job getting them back home! It was a lot of hard work this one, dealing with contingency on top of contingency but THEY DID IT! They never complained, not even once ! Thank you both so much letting me help you with this journey 💖✨.

Congratulations to my buyer !!! I am so excited her to start this new chapter in her life. She was born and raised in LA, California and has been wanting a change of scenery so she took a big jump and decided to take a chance down here in the south! I am so thankful she trusted me to help her with this move. She found the most adorable historical home right here in downtown Macon, full of history & charm and I can’t wait to see her transform it into her own! 🏡🩷
