This closing is one I’m especially proud of, not because it was easy, but because we didn’t give up when the road got tough!

My seller previously had her home on the market with another agent for 168 days without getting to the closing table.

Then I stepped in. 💪🏾

✨ 10 days after listing, we were UNDER CONTRACT!

Now, full transparency…our first contract did terminate. 😩 But did we panic? Nope! We regrouped, got the home right back under contract, navigated the hurdles, worked through the challenges, and yesterday... WE CLOSED! 🎉

Last week was one for the books! Not only did they successfully sell the very first home I helped them purchase years ago, but they also closed on their DREAM HOME the very same day!
