They cook fast, get perfectly caramelized, and taste amazing with just a little seasoning. Easy, healthy, and family-approved.
Ingredients
1. Broccoli 🥦
4 cups fresh broccoli florets, from 2 small or 1 large head of broccoli cut into bite sized (roughly 1½-2 inch) pieces
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons water
Optional Garnish
Fresh lemon wedges
Shredded parmesan cheese
2. Corn On The Cob 🌽
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
4 ears of corn
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon chopped parsley, for garnish
3. Carrots 🥕
1 pound bag of baby carrots, sliced in half lengthwise
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, ¼ cup
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, divided in half
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided in half
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, optional garnish
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley, optional garnish
4. Sweet Potato Fries
1 pound sweet potato, peeled (about 2 medium sweet potatoes)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 teaspoon sea salt, divided in half
¼ teaspoon paprika
Course salt for topping, optional
5. Zucchini
1½ cups panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper, fresh cracked
2 medium zucchini, each zucchini weighed 7 ounces
1 large egg
4 tablespoons half and half
6. Baked Potatoes 🥔
4 medium sized russet baking potatoes, washed and dried (8 ounce each)
1 ½ tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, or vegetable oil
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoons fresh cracked black pepper, for topping
Butter, for topping
7. Cabbage
1 head medium green cabbage
3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons fresh chopped parsley, garnish
8. Cauliflower
1 medium-sized head fresh cauliflower, washed, dried, cored, and cut into florets (about 1½ pounds after cutting into florets)
2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
