A few days ago I attended my first closing of 2026! I’ve worked with some great families over the years, however, this was one of the most meaningful closings I’ve help to facilitate! I did not take a picture of my client like I normally would (I’m bad about posting anyway)! It was more important for me to protect her privacy!! Due to unforeseen circumstances she was faced with losing her childhood home. The house that her mother and father worked so hard for! We literally had less than 30 days to put the house on the market and close before her foreclosure date! I assured her that I would do my very best to get us from contract to close in less than three weeks!! By the grace of God we did it!!!! During the process we even managed to avoid probate! That’s a story for another day!! The Real Estate world is ever changing!!! Make sure that you hire a Realtor who is knowledgeable, honest and willing to put in the work even when the circumstances aren’t what they should be!! I made a promise to do my best to help her and thankfully I was able to fulfill that promise!! I’m now preparing for closing number two and looking forward to assisting many more families this year!!! All gas no brakes in 2026!!!! 🏡🗝❤️️ 🏡
