I remember when taking classes for my license so many in class just thought this business was a walk in the park. Truth of the matter it’s a lot of work and your hours are dependent on your clients schedule - not yours and between the signing of the contract to the closing table is work, work, work. Still it’s a wonderful profession - helping folks make their dreams come true!

Even with interest rates going up, it’s still a great time to buy a home. A home is normally a person’s largest investment and it’s still a great investment! Sellers are more willing to contribute to closing costs, home warranties, etc. Home prices are coming down as well - not drastically but at least reduced and your interest is tax deductible. Working with an experienced Realtor such as myself, and a great lender - I have several that will get you to the closing table - together we can get your dream home at the best price!
