Great news!! They could not “Bear” the wait much longer only to receive the phone call from us telling them Congratulations, your offer was accepted!

We are so happy for them and they picked out a very beautiful home in the mountains. 🐻🐾🏔

Thank you for letting us be part of this!

I am so thrilled Crystal and I got to be part of this 🎅🏻Christmas magic and make the families wishes come true.

This new home is going to be a Christmas surprise tomorrow. Their kids asked “Santa” for a house with a yard this Christmas and how exciting…its going to happen. They have not told the kids yet and are waiting until Christmas morning to surprise them.

So…🤫I am going to give away their plan, but they won’t mind. Every year they rent a Cabin and travel to the Cabin. This year…well you guessed it they are loading up to ”head towards the cabin” but there is going to be a slight change of plans on the way. Guess where they end up…😁🎅🏻🎄🥳 🏠

Merry Christmas!

This is exactly why we do it! We loved it and love helping people achieve their dreams.

Thank you Savannah for the referral, Maria Castillo Herrick for the closing gifts and Bonnie Cato for the co-op and being part of this Christmas surprise.
