Great news for homebuyers!

Starting February 24, 2025, a new down payment assistance funds will be available through the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB). There are limited funds available so contact me today.

Here’s a quick overview of the available programs:

Standard Down Payment Assistance*
$17,500 for first-time homebuyers
Primary residence only
Forgiven after 5 years
Income requirements apply (varies by household size and county)
Works with FHA, Conventional, USDA, and VA loans.
Minimum $1,000 investment from borrower
Community Partners Program*
$20,000 for first-time and non-first-time homebuyers.
Available to law enforcement, first responders, educators, veterans, active-duty military, and surviving spouses
Same income requirements as the Standard DPA
Forgiven after 5 years

Workforce Plus Program*
$15,000 for first-time and non-first-time homebuyers
Designed for those who exceed the income limits for the above programs but fall within 120% AMI
Grant—immediately forgiven
Primary residence required, but borrowers can own one other property (such as their current home)—a great option for move-up buyers!
