This one’s been a long time coming 🙌🏻. My poor buyers had one of the bumpiest roads to homeownership I’ve seen in a decade of realtoring 😅.

FOUR contracts fell through for some of the most random reasons that were out of our control. Their tough luck was so crazy I thought they might give up at one point. But not only were they determined to find home, they were so patient and kept such a positive attitude.

For the Strakers, everything ended up working out the way it was supposed to! After 4 heartbreaks, they finally landed the home that would’ve been their top pick all along! Sometimes the road to ‘home sweet home’ has a few detours, but the happy ending makes it all worth it!
