We are now sold out of the first 12 units of Valhalla 65 and planning the 3rd building this fall. Get your order in to have one before Winter hits. Remember, you are buying Real Estate, not throwing you money away on rent. We have seen previous buyers use their storage unit for 5 years, and walk away with significant profits. These units are large enough to share with a friend.

We are down to 2 units available. #25 & 26. Both are 28 x 40 with 16' sidewalls and 14' high doors. $57,900

We completed our 3rd and final building. This building has 16' sidewalls and 14' high doors, which will allow for any legal height RV (13.5' max), and is 40' deep. Only 3 units remain.

Only 2 units left. Next Spring we will build 8 more, and they will be 2 feel higher with 14' high doors. Prices will go up on those units for this reason alone, and who knows where material costs will be next Spring. Buy now!!

We sold out all 16 units in our first building, so we added a second building of 8 units. Only 4 remain

We just sold the 14th unit in Building 1, so only 2 units remain.
Look for the start of building 2, with 8 more units, very shortly.
If you haven't seen them yet, stop by. Unit #13 is our model and is usually open for viewing. These are not typical garage stalls, they are pole barn size. Come see what the excitement is all about.
