WHY DO I LIKE INSPECTIONS IN THE RAIN?? Well, I got here an hour ago and this foundation leak wasn't even noticeable. I went back down to make sure the lights were all off and, let's just say that the buyer was not very happy with my findings.

(Not to mention the temporary support columns they used to support the upper level. There were 10 total of these columns in the basement!)

Lack of gutters and downspouts on your building will eventually lead to water staining, trashed shingles where the water flows over them, water seeping into the basement, mold and very often serious foundation rot. Not a good situation to be in unless you like costly repairs. 🤦
