💕 A day well spent with my girl! 💕

Started our day at Funland in McHenry playing mini golf ⛳️, having way too much fun in the arcade 🕹️, and of course grabbing some Glazed & Confused Donuts 🍩.

And now we’re ending the day with dinner together. ❤️

It’s the simple days like this—the laughs, the treats, the games, and the time together—that make the best memories. 🥰

📝 Active Under Contract: 29 → 41 ⬆️ 12
🎉 Homes Sold in the Past 7 Days: 32 → 27 ⬇️ 5

The biggest takeaway? Inventory is tightening while the number of homes going under contract jumped significantly! 👀

☀️ Sunday Project Update! 🏡

The basement is finally starting to feel like a room again! 🙌

✅ Walls are painted
✅ Floor got its final mop this morning
🎨 Next up: painting the floor
🛍️ And then we’re off to start picking out new appliances!

It’s been a process getting everything back together after the water, but we’re getting there one day at a time! 💪❤️

Hopefully the next update will have a freshly painted floor AND some new appliances to show off! 😍

🧹 Saturday at home… finally! 🏡

After having water in the basement and everything getting turned upside down, I’m FINALLY getting my basement painted and put back together! 🙌

It’s amazing how much you take those everyday spaces for granted until you have to move everything out. 😂 One step at a time, and hopefully soon it’ll look like a normal basement again!
