2020 brought in a new decade and a new lifestyle! I started real estate full time on January 1, 2020. I left security of bills being paid, healthcare, 401K and consistency.

Cowden Creek Realty built an environment for success not only for me but for everyone who enters our circle. I never expected to do so well. I surely hoped I would but to see all of my hard work come to fruition is a totally different story.

The best view comes after the hardest climb!
When Jessica told me she wanted to buy her parents house, I thought this will be easy enough quaint little place in Ohioville here we go.
That’s not even close to what happened.
I took a tour through the most gorgeous farm home that I personally think exist in the back woods town that we grew up in. The character the design, everything! Although it’s not New Age it brings everything you could want In your first home. And how lucky are Jessica and John to raise their children one day in the home that Jessica grew up in!
Jessica and John it may not be new and shiny like all those massive houses you post, but it is 4000sq ft of absolutely amazing architecture, already filled with love and memories, and something that you are going to make all your own. And that is what will make it so much more special. You’ve truly found a gym in this one and congratulations to you both on your first house!
