Today was a great day for a story, popsicles, and games at the Little Free Library at McKenney Estates MHC during National Summer Learning Week! Families were able to meet Sunnyside Elementary’s principal, Mr. Roberts and DCPS Face while learning about the Little Free Library, the Title I Parent Advisory Council and much more! Parents were able to get a few summer learning resources and students were able to get a few books! Two students even won Literacy Fun Packs by answering Mr Robert’s’ comprehension questions!
