Today on Talkin' SHIfT with Von, we hear how important a house layout is, as well as the neighborhood itself, from a kid's perspective. Factoring the floorplan, proximity of the kids' rooms to the master bedroom and even the community's amenities like parks, fitness centers and pools are important for the whole family to consider when buying a house.
