Cheers to 13 years with my favorite person, and I can honestly say… I really am lucky to have him.

Ryan is my partner in everything. He keeps me laughing when I need it most, keeps me grounded when I’m spinning, and somehow manages to stay calm and cool when I’m… well, not.

He’s our vacation planner, pool guy, lawn guy, financial guy, problem solver, behind-the-scenes guy, and the person I know I can always count on. He takes care of so many things that I sometimes wonder what I would do if he went on strike.

Through all the crazy, the busy seasons, the kids, the vacations, the projects, the ups and downs, and all the ordinary days in between, he’s still the person I want beside me.

And after 13 years, I can happily say something I think is even more important than “I love you”…

I still really, really like you, too.

Here’s to many more years of laughing, traveling, and generally keeping each other sane. Happy Anniversary to my better half! 💚🍾🥂🎉

For the last 7 years, I’ve had the privilege of attending a marketing conference with an amazing group of realtors from all across the country.

Marketing brings together around 300 talented agents who are passionate about what they do and about the people they serve.

It’s so much more than a marketing conference. It’s a community of like-minded people who work hard for their clients, share ideas, celebrate each other’s wins, encourage each other through the tough seasons, and genuinely want to see one another succeed. But some of the most valuable lessons have nothing to do with real estate. We talk about leadership, relationships, personal growth, serving others, and how we can be better humans and give more back to the communities we call home.

This year’s conference hit a little different. The speech from Long really resonated with me. She has kids about the same age as me and has learned to delegate certain tasks and has grown a team to support her.

Many of you love my listing videos, but you will begin seeing a lot more of me out in the community and on social media. Stay tuned for more fun! 🏡💚
