Went on a buying spree recently and ordered a plethora of recruiting/personal development/verbal communication books. I love using weekends and a couple hours after work to research, learn, and continually develop my skills.

Just started this book, almost halfway through and it’s been an absolute pleasure to read so far!

Everyone familiar with the concept of compound interest? Grinding after hours, on holidays, and weekends are a very similar concept. In order to build and multiply on your level of productivity/success/dollars, you have to put in the extra effort.

My girlfriend Rachael Moore and I rescued a Palomino Quarter Horse named Trigger this past weekend at a cow sale. Poor guy is skin and bones. First step is to get him some medicine and fattened up. So far he’s been a gentleman, can’t wait to get him healthy and into a new home… who knows maybe he’ll be my new horse.
