Annual reminder to stop overpaying for simple fixes that might seem intimidating. Dryer was making a loud, squealing sound. A $30 Amazon delivery and about 20 minutes fixed the problem. 4 drum roller supports and a pulley wheel. Took longer to take the dryer apart than to install the new pieces. Could’ve potentially cost upwards of $500.

Over the past few years, I've been truly blessed to have worked with some of the best sellers an agent could ask for. It's not 2021 anymore and it has shifted to a buyers market. When we went active with this listing, my clients knew there had only been 1 closed listing in the past 180 days in their section of the development. With the 9 other active listings in their area, the average Days on Market is currently 62 days. We received our first offer 17 days in and were executed 3 days later. 🙌

Homeowner’s tip:

Stop paying top dollar for easy, around the house fixes. I’m not even remotely close to an electrician. In fact, I probably shouldn’t even be messing with it 😂. Our a/c went out and I noticed the breaker switch was thrown. A $30 part at Home Depot and about 2 minutes of my time, and we have cold air again.
