She came to me with a goal: sell her home & find a little piece of country where she & her daughter could have LAND, animals, room to breathe, & a more peaceful way of life.

Well…we made it happen 👊🏼

We sold her home, negotiated over a MONTH of leaseback so she could stay put until the next chapter was ready, & now this single momma is the proud owner of just under 2.5 beautiful acres in Greenville, TX! 💪🏼

And this place is SPECIAL. Main house, huge dream shop with space for 2 car lifts 😲, its own saloon/bar, guest cottage, screened-in cabin with a hanging bed, pool, greenhouse, chicken coop, bridges, tons of trees…it honestly feels more like somewhere you'd VACATION than somewhere you get to call HOME. 🤩

Even better, we negotiated an already fair price DOWN & got major inspection items taken care of along the way.

But my favorite part was watching the fear of the unknown slowly turn into EXCITEMENT as everything started falling into place. 🙏🏼
