✨ Three Years of Ten Twenty Realty! ✨
3 years ago, I took one of the biggest leaps of faith of my life.
In 2023, I made the decision to create something that aligned with my heart, my values, and my vision. I was tired of feeling limited in how I could serve my clients. I was tired of watching hard-working agents give away so much of what they earned while receiving so little in return. Most importantly, I wanted to build something that would allow me to better provide for my family while creating opportunities for others to do the same.
So, with A LOT of faith, determination, and more than a little fear, Ten Twenty Realty was BORN!
What started as a dream has grown into something far greater than I could have ever imagined.
My vision was simple... to create a brokerage where experienced agents could have the freedom and flexibility they deserve. A place where agents could run their businesses their way, keep more of their hard-earned money, invest back into their clients and marketing, and still have a supportive team standing beside them every step of the way.
I wanted a brokerage that felt different...
A place where collaboration matters more than competition.
A place where agents can be independent but never alone.
A place where everyone is willing to share knowledge, support one another, celebrate wins together, and help each other through challenges.
A place where people genuinely care.
And along the way, together, we've built exactly that.
To the incredible women of Ten Twenty Realty... THANK YOU. Thank you for believing in this vision and for trusting me to lead it. Thank you for your dedication, your professionalism, your work ethic, your friendship, and your willingness to always learn and grow. I am constantly inspired by each of you. One of the greatest blessings of this journey has been building alongside strong, talented agents who push themselves to be better every day. We may be experienced, but we all know there is always more to learn, and I love that we continue to grow together.

And finally, to my family.
To my husband, Matthew, thank you for ALWAYS believing in me even when I doubted myself. Thank you for your sacrifices, your encouragement, your patience, and your unwavering support through every challenge, late night, and difficult decision. None of this would have been possible without you.
To my boys, thank you for sharing your mom with this dream. There were long days, late nights, missed dinners, phone calls that couldn't wait, and countless hours spent building this company into what it is today. Every sacrifice was made with our family in mind, and I hope one day you will look back and see that anything is possible when you work hard, stay true to your values, and trust God's plan.
The truth is that I don't do this for the money.
I do this for the people.
I do it for the relationships, the friendships, the families we help, the agents we support, and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others.
As I reflect on the last 3 years, I am incredibly proud of what we've built together. But I also know we're JUST getting started!!! There is still so much growth ahead, so many families to serve, so many goals to accomplish, and so many exciting things to come.
