- We spent the week in Hot Springs, AR recharging, resting, connecting and having fun but before we left, a closing was postponed, so we scheduled a mobile notary to come out to our Airbnb to close.
- One of our principles is “be easy to do business with.” While we were indifferent as to “when” we closed, the seller needed the money and wanted to wrap this up. So we did.🤝
- Another great property added to our syndication portfolio - when calculating our equity/downpayment - we are walking into this with a 40% return. 📈
- And we have interested, qualified tenant prospects from leading our last property!)😊
- The girls sat in on the closing with me. They said “that’s a lot of paperwork!” But they also asked very good questions. I love teaching them real estate.😊
