Property tax has been a very hot issue these past few years. Importantly, for the 2025 protest season, we are seeing some of the gains in 2021 and early 2022 (that the appraisal districts were quick to capture) slip away in some markets the last half of 2022 and in some cases into 2023. The appraisal districts may be slow to recognize this trend.

Well Arnie was right... List your home for sale on Easter Sunday & it will sell easily. My seller said 'Do It!', so I did. Listed 1502 Sherwood Dr in Anna @ $450k on Easter Sunday, 2 showings on Monday & it contracted 4 days later (today) and projected to close May 29th. It couldn't happen for nicer sellers & buyers!
