A couple of weekends ago we painted the inside of our fireplace satin black. This is a fireplace built by skilled masonry laid in herringbone pattern. The brick was a peachy cream color and we felt black would compliment our stacked stone. You can purchase the paint from any BBQ grilling store. Stay tuned for gas logs and glass rocks to accent the bottom.
