This was supposed to be a closing day post, but instead, it’s a “this is why you need a Realtor” post.

The final walkthrough isn’t just a formality. It’s your last chance before closing to make sure the property is in the agreed-upon condition and that negotiated repairs have actually been completed.

Sometimes my job is handing you the keys. Sometimes it’s making sure we don’t get to the closing table until the seller has held up their end of the deal.

Today, it was the second one. 🙃
