I have this conversation with people all the time. Leased solar panels are just that- leased. Even when they are owned, they are never worth what you paid for them, not even close!

If you are selling your home and have solar panels, you should budget for paying them off at closing. I haven’t worked with a single buyer who wants to deal with solar panels.

The City of Arlington is doing something right. This is wonderful news. We need more things like this all over the metroplex.

Celebrate the grand opening of ACTIV, Arlington’s new 73,000-square-feet recreation center for adults ages 50 and older, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025! The community is invited to join City leaders for a dedication of the new facility and a ribbon cutting.

Doors will officially open at 2 PM at 2061 W. Green Oaks Blvd. Light refreshments and facility tours will follow the ribbon cutting ceremony. We hope to see you there!
