Mother's Day did NOT stop the buyers! I had to extend my open house by 1.5hrs today as there was that much demand and buyers coming in. All preapproved and ready to buy. And it paid off big time with super strong additional offers that came in!!!

🪓 Wondering why Builders New Home prices keep skyrocketing? 🤔 The price of lumber is up 193% and continuing to go up! 😬 According to the National Association of Home Builders - current lumber pricing is adding at least $24,000 to the price tag of a typical new home. And I would say the $24,000 is on the low end from what I've been seeing!
