🗳️ Voting Day is tomorrow, November 4th, and you’ll have a chance to vote on REALTOR®-supported Propositions 1–17 — including major property tax relief and homestead exemption increases — plus another important local issue! 👇👇👇

🚒 Collin County residents in the ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) — will see a proposal to create Emergency Services District No. 1 (ESD No. 1) on the ballot

This district would provide dedicated fire and EMS services to ETJ and unincorporated areas of Collin County.
But only cities that have opted in are eligible to vote.

Some parents count down to the first day of school…not me.

Even with real estate keeping us crazy busy , the boys always took priority. The start of school was a reminder that time doesn’t slow down—and those moments are precious.

Enjoy every school event, school sports, their friendships, their breakups, every first day, last day… and embrace the chaos.

I found a few throwback pics of our boys today and realized how fast their school years went by!
