Did you know that Coldwell Banker has been around since 1906. Navigating the COVID-19 crisis is new for us all, but navigating crisis and adjusting to adversity is not new for Coldwell Banker. From the ashes of the Great San Francisco Earthquake, Coldwell Banker was founded based on the principles of honesty, integrity and service at a time when a Code of Ethics didn’t exist. Coldwell Banker has since then survived the 1929 stock market crisis and the Great Depression, WW II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, The 80's Recession, two Persian Gulf Wars, 9/11, and the housing market collapse of 2008. A company does not survive, furthermore, succeed in times of crisis without strong leadership and core values founded on integrity, honesty, and hard work.
Coldwell Banker APEX has “adjusted the sails.” Our Apex Family has taken charge with daily coaching webinars and office meetings, virtual technology & tools training/implementation, new marketing materials for today’s current situation, real estate reviews and buyer portals, websites for listings and what’s my home worth, and this is just to scratch the surface. It’s not “business as usual” for us, it’s pivoting our business into overdrive in new and innovative ways to best serve the community we love so dearly. We are plugged in, moving forward, and here to serve you.
