Although, New Home Sales declined in May/June we have some good news! Total new home inventories hit a new post-pandemic high and the median sales prices is now 9.3% below its 2022 peak. In other words, new home prices are dropping!

Happy 3rd day of June, everyone! :) Sending out my most recent market update reports for 5.20-5.31!

An interesting thing I’ve noticed is that there has been an uptick in sellers reducing their prices. There are now more homes on the market that have had to lower their prices than in any recent May - 6.4% listings to be exact! Experts don’t expect prices to fall, but feel price growth has slowed.
