Over the weekend, I found out that I was named as one of D Magazine's Best Real Estate Agent. I am super honored and blessed to have received this award. In the last 6 years in Real Estate, I have been through many highs and lows, but anybody in this industry understands that.

This beauty is Under Contract in the beautiful historic Downtown McKinney. This house has so much character and is absolutely adorable. My favorite thing about this house is the huge yard with mature trees and white picket fence.

These are the stories you don’t hear about in Real Estate.

* Buyers don’t want to sign due to trash being left in garage and cleaning of house is not up to their standards

* sellers left the trampoline which was to be removed prior to closing

* Buyers wanted broken blinds replaced, they were broken the whole time and never was it requested to be replaced.

When you hire a BadAss Realtor, the closing still happens but the behind the scenes is not pretty.

I had to send someone over at 10 PM last night to get all the trash and home picked up.

I posted on FB marketplace and got the trampoline out of the backyard at 11
PM last night.

I don’t care what anyone says but having a Realtor will never lose its value. we dont just help buy and sell but we make sure there are no hiccups along the way and if there are we get them take care. On another note it’s closing day baby!!!
