WOW. The market is interesting in DFW Texas. MANY are dropping prices.

This happens during election season as many are waiting to see what happens!

We submitted an offer in February for a client on a home that was listed at $655,000, offer was $550,000 and was declined. It was a wholesale company that owned the home.

NINE months later it is still on the market and now dropped to $568,000! Let's see if we can try again!
