For our final Meet the Partners post, we’re excited to introduce our newest partner and Vice President of Construction, Siler Day!
A McKinney, Texas native, Siler is proud to live and work in the community he has always called home. His love for construction began early at just 13 years old when his father hired him as a laborer during summer break. What started as a summer job quickly became a passion. By 16, Siler was working part time during the school year and full time each summer, steadily building both his skills and his knowledge of the industry.
After graduating from Oklahoma State University, Siler joined Pogue Construction as a Project Engineer, where he gained valuable experience and skills.
When his dad, Tom, invited him to join The Tom Day Company to help lead construction operations, Siler welcomed the opportunity to return and contribute to a team he considers family. Now as Vice President of Construction, Siler oversees projects with a commitment to quality, integrity, and strong communication.
Outside of work, Siler enjoys being outdoors hunting, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and high school sweetheart, Alli, their daughter, and their newest addition, their son, who joined the family this month!
We’re grateful for the leadership, energy, determination, and fun Siler brings to The Tom Day Company. We’re excited to see all that’s ahead!
