I encourage everyone to get with a lender on a free approval!
So many are afraid of the hard credit pull but those only account for only 10% out of the points you can collect so 55 points total if you get too many! Plus you can shop around for 7 days to have one inquiry point so shop with as many lenders as you can in 7 days to see who can provide the best rate.
Also shop for a lender that you feel comfortable with that is going to get your paperwork done in an orderly fashion and keep great communication between you and your realtor! Super important!
Overall go get an approval now because Labor Day is the 2nd biggest day to purchase real estate with Memorial weekend bing the biggest!
