I will make the point to say >>>>> if you are not in your "forever home", that you will never Sell 😬😬 Think 2x times about adding Solar Panels. This can be a Deal Breaker !
1. You have to truly know your electric usage, in order to confirm if this make sense
2. Makes sure you understand that "Solar Panels" is a like another lien alongside with your home. ...... So, If you ever needed to sell, be prepared to either - Pay it off at closing OR Wait for a buyer to be able to qualify purchasing the home AND Be approved to continue financing the Solar Panels.
