🩵🫶🏻🩵🫶🏻Let’s Talk Maternity Leave🫶🏻🩵🫶🏻🩵

Happy Monday Y’all!

As we start counting down the weeks until baby C gets here (August 6th 😳—So close!) I’m trying to wrap up/make sure all of my business is covered.

If you are an existing buyer or seller under a signed agreement you are already covered and in my pipeline. But If we have talked and you have a buy/sell on the horizon please be sure to get with me this week or next to make sure all you paper work is complete and I have the proper system set up to have everything covers while I’m out.

After July 10th—
I won’t be taking on any new buyers or sellers until September 15th to give me & my family plenty of time with the baby & myself a healthy recovery. ☺️ I’ll still be working with my current clients, just no one knew. If you have a need let’s talk before then and have all paper work, photos, staging, mls input, and searches set up in advance so it is not a stress for you or me. 🫶🏻

And please don’t wait till July 9th and expect it done in a day… Some of you like to last minute me and I can normally accommodate but not in this condition. lol 😂

2023— You tried us for sure!…. BUT we finished the year strong.💪🏻 😜

For a lot of us in the Real Estate industry 2023 was a doozy. Between the higher interest rates, inflation, increased cost of insurance premiums, and supposed gloom and doom “collapses” it made for a lot of uncertainty in the market. But I promise you. My friends who bought last year will be in such a good place in the years to come.

I’ve never had a client that bought a home and then two years later come to me and said “Man I really wish I hadn’t purchased that house.” But I have had people that have held off and in two years came to me and said “Man I really wish I would’ve purchased that house…”

Don’t let that second person be you—Call 📱 me today friends- let’s just have an open dialogue about your goals 🥅 for 2024 and figure out a game plan to get you there. 💗

Super interesting article where Zillow is predicting BUFFALO NY will be 2024s HOTTEST MARKET! I didn't see that one coming. As much as I have my issues with Zillow (and their Zestimates :)) They are one of the biggest Real Estate Data companies. Between their ownership in Dootloop, Showing Time, FUB, and numerous other companies they definately have the data points.

They bases this prediction off looking at markets with solid economic fundamentals, relatively fast-moving for-sale housing inventory, plentiful likely buyers and expectations for stable home values. Forecasted annual home value appreciation in Nov. 2024
Forecasted acceleration in home value appreciation, Nov. 2023 – Nov. 2024. Listing days per home, Jan. 2023 – Nov. 2023

WOW! I was putting together a list of the best places to see Christmas lights and I came across this website that has the best lights in EACH CITY! (Which come on Prosper we need to do more! LOL!)
