Here is a Northern Virginia Market Snapshot for September 2023. Some Key Takeaways (hint - not much new to report!)
- Single family home sales continue to be lower across Northern Virginia, down 17% in September
- The inventory of homes for sales is down 23% from 2022, as sellers are reluctant to give up their existing low mortgage rates
- Due to limited inventory, sales prices continue to climb (up 5%)
