It's getting to be the other "Most wonderful time of the year" when the local hydrangeas pop. This years frosts in February have curtailed the blooms somewhat sharply, but there few flowers that say summer like the Hydrangea family. Add these to your yard if you don't have them already!

Just invited some FB friends to the new beta "Curb Appeal Sells Homes" website. And even though many don't live here in the DC area, i'm happy to talk with them and help them out via Facetime or Zoom.

Curb Appeal got it start in 2005 as a hobby turned side hustle helping Realtors in the McLean area get their new listings landscapes tuned up for maximum Curb Appeal and a faster, bigger sale. Think of it as "Outside Staging" so all the right things were in place for a prospective buyer to see. Pretty soon the buyers and sellers friends, wanted us to do their landscapes too!
