Belated congratulations to my past clients Josh and Angela on the sale of their lovely row house in Del Ray, Alexandria earlier this summer. We pulled the trigger to get it on the market less than 2 weeks after our first meeting but thanks to a solid team/family effort of packing and staging we were ready by picture day. 1st weekend & 3 open houses later we had a great full price offer and was under contract by Monday. Extra thanks to my 3 coworkers who covered the opens as I sneezed the weekend through my terrible "man cold".
