“I tell our clients that at least half, if not more, of the value of a home inspection is learning about the home, where things are, how to maintain it, what are the big capital improvements they should start budgeting for down the road. It is a good idea to stick with the inspector as long as possible, and I always tell our buyers, be curious if you don't understand what something is or where something is, ask the inspector and they'll explain it to you.”

Through a combination of smart people, cutting-edge technology, fun/clever marketing and best practices, Wydler Brothers is disrupting the DC broker community. Steve is a former transactional attorney and has a B.A. from Dartmouth and was Law Review at Vanderbilt Law. Hans has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale University. Steve is taller than Hans. Hans is taller than Steve.
