20 days, from first phone call to a sold sign.
This family had been prepping this home for sale and was set to use another agent until that sinking feeling of "something doesn't feel right" showed up. So they called me.
The other agent had promised them a price too high. I didn't. I suggested a different strategy. It worked.
8 day closing. $61k over asking, no contingencies.

weekend is here! Rain ☔️ or shine ✨
1. There’s a toddler area on the right side of the event
2. The tickets don’t expire! Save them for another day or even next year!
3. Don’t block lock businesses still open this weekend when you park
4. Eat the fried Oreos.
5. Don’t skip the entertainment on the town green. Check out favorites like and
6. Saturday is less crowded because the vendors don’t show up until Sunday. Monday is usually more crowded because the kids who had sports all weekend all want to go!
