It's started with a referral from a past client β and for that, we are truly grateful. π
This client had worked with two other agents before us. When we met, she took a chance on us. We didn't take that lightly β not even for a single day.
The buying side:
Over 6 months of house hunting, through the highs and the lows, we stayed by her side. We found her a brand new home, won it for her, and walked with her all the way to closing. π‘
Then came the harder part β selling her previous home.
A 55+ senior living community. A niche market. Not easy.
We listed it twice. Three months. Fall market. No offers.
Many would have walked away. We didn't. πͺ
My team looked at me and said β "Let's stage it ourselves."
